Robert Joseph
Robert Joseph, ASLA, AICP is a professional Planner and
Landscape Architect serving as Director of Community
Development for the Town of Estes Park, Colorado. Estes
Park is a gateway resort community situated at the east
entrance of the Rocky Mountain National Park, 75 miles
northwest of Denver. Mr. Joseph’s professional
experience spans 20 years in Estes Park working with
planning and construction of major downtown
redevelopment projects. His experience also includes
more than ten years of planning experience, including
preparation and adoption of the Estes Valley
Comprehensive Plan, the Estes Valley Unified Development
Code, GIS implementation, and creation of the first
joint Town / County Planning Commission in the state of
Colorado. Mr. Joseph is also a member of the Elk and
Vegetation Management Plan/EIS Interagency Team
currently working towards multi-jurisdictional
management of elk and vegetation in the Estes Valley.
